Certificate Error Encountered When Accessing our Platforms
Due to a recent security upgrade, some clients may encounter a security certificate error when accessing our platforms.
If you encounter a security certificate error when accessing our platforms from Internet Explorer 7 on Windows XP, please perform the following steps:
- Right-click and save this Entrust2048.txt file to your Desktop
- In your Internet Explorer, select Tools
- Select Internet Options
- Click on the Content tab
- Under Certificates, select Publishers
- Click on the Trusted Roots Certification Authorities tab
- Click on Import
- Select Next
- Click Browse
- Go to your Desktop and select Entrust2048.txt (ensure Files of Type has All Files selected first)
- Click Open
- Select Next twice
- Click Finish
- Click Close
- Click OK
- Close and re-open your browser
If you encounter a security certificate error when accessing our platforms from Internet Explorer 6 on Windows 2000, please perform the following steps:
- Right-click and save this Entrust2048.txt file to your Desktop
- In your Internet Explorer, select Tools
- Select Internet Options
- Click on the Content tab
- Under Certificates, select Certificates
- Click on the Trusted Roots Certification Authorities tab
- Click on Import
- Select Next
- Click Browse
- Go to your Desktop and select Entrust2048.txt (ensure Files of Type has All Files selected first)
- Click Open
- Select Next twice
- Click Finish
- Click Close
- Click OK
- Close and re-open your browser
