Certificate Error Encountered When Accessing our Platforms

Due to a recent security upgrade, some clients may encounter a security certificate error when accessing our platforms.

If you encounter a security certificate error when accessing our platforms from Internet Explorer 7 on Windows XP, please perform the following steps:

  1. Right-click and save this Entrust2048.txt file to your Desktop
  2. In your Internet Explorer, select Tools
  3. Select Internet Options
  4. Click on the Content tab
  5. Under Certificates, select Publishers
  6. Click on the Trusted Roots Certification Authorities tab
  7. Click on Import
  8. Select Next
  9. Click Browse
  10. Go to your Desktop and select Entrust2048.txt (ensure Files of Type has All Files selected first)
  11. Click Open
  12. Select Next twice
  13. Click Finish
  14. Click Close
  15. Click OK
  16. Close and re-open your browser

 

If you encounter a security certificate error when accessing our platforms from Internet Explorer 6 on Windows 2000, please perform the following steps:

  1. Right-click and save this Entrust2048.txt file to your Desktop
  2. In your Internet Explorer, select Tools
  3. Select Internet Options
  4. Click on the Content tab
  5. Under Certificates, select Certificates
  6. Click on the Trusted Roots Certification Authorities tab
  7. Click on Import
  8. Select Next
  9. Click Browse
  10. Go to your Desktop and select Entrust2048.txt (ensure Files of Type has All Files selected first)
  11. Click Open
  12. Select Next twice
  13. Click Finish
  14. Click Close
  15. Click OK
  16. Close and re-open your browser
